Fruits of the foreign land

Ever wonder why fruits of the foreign land are always more expensive. It might not be due to the fact that it tastes better or is more juicy. I think it is because it is more rare than common tropical fruits that we are accessible to in Singapore. I went to Meiya at Liang Court today and saw these fruits of the foreign Land. Make a guess how much the melons costs? (Answer : More than S$30 per melon).

On a personal note, I enjoyed this day out with the kids and in-laws today. I guess i'm less stressed with bringing Kieran out and that he is more "well-behaved" as compared when he was a newborn. ( I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he will still remain that way.)

Children are living jewels dropped unsustained from heaven..........
